Birth Control Dates

Routine dates for the birth control you already use

Pick the tool for your method. Each tool works out routine dates from your product's label, or from your pack's format, on your device.

Choose the tool for your method

Each tool is for a method you already use as directed. You can print the dates or save them to your calendar.

Something different from your routine?

If something has gone differently from your usual schedule, or you aren't sure what to do, these tools can't help. See where to get help now.

What the tools do, and never do

  • They give routine dates from each listed product's own label. For a pill that isn't listed, the pack tool can count from your pack's format instead.
  • They don't work out when to start a new method, product or first pack.
  • They don't give medical advice.
  • The tools do not assess protection from pregnancy.
  • They never ask about your health, your age or your body.

Your leaflet and your clinic come first. If they give you a different date, use theirs.
